NEC3 to NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation extension
This course is restricted to those who hold a valid, current NEC3 Project Manager Accreditation. If you are not eligible for this course at the time of booking AND on the start date of the course, your booking will be cancelled and your fee returned minus a 15% admin fee.
It is one day of tutor-led training, which includes group working on case studies, to draw out the different processes in the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) compared to the NEC3 ECC.
There is also an online assessment of multiple choice questions which will be distributed after the sessions.
Qualification
Successful completion of this will give the delegate NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation, which is valid for 5 years.
Upon successful completion, participants are eligible for inclusion on the NEC Accreditation Register. The NEC Accreditation is valid for five years and will need to be renewed to maintain accreditation status.

This training course starts at 09:00 and finishes at 17:00 with refreshment breaks mid-morning and afternoon, plus lunch. All timings, except the start time, are approximate and may be adjusted to suit natural breaks in the lesson.
The course follows the structure and pattern of the full NEC3 Project Manager Accreditation course, concentrating on those areas where the role or detail has changed in the NEC4.
In this way, the differences between the two editions are identified and the differences in duties and responsibilities are made clear.

Session 3: Summary & open forum
Online Assessment
Following the classroom/virtual session, you will be required to complete an online assessment. Details will be emailed to you when we have confirmed your attendance at the session.
You have two weeks to complete the assessment. You will have three attempts to pass the assessment.
This course is suitable for anyone who is a currently accredited NEC3 Project Manager and who wishes to be able to undertake the same Project Manager role under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract.
