We recently interviewed Gordon Ng, Construction Manager at China Road and Bridge Corporation on what it is like being a leader and successfully delivering projects. As an experienced leader within the construction industry for over 35 years, he shares the changes in mindset when transitioning from Government Conditions of Contract (GCC) to NEC.

Gordon Ng also discussed the parts of his job he enjoys the most and the key learnings from acquiring his NEC3: ECC Project Manager Accreditation.
