Question

How do we resolve inconsistencies in the Scope document written by the Employer?

These first need to be notified (clause 13.7 – separate communication) as an inconsistency (clause 16.1). The Employer will then instruct how this will be resolved. These will then be interpreted most favourable to the Party which did not provide the Scope i.e. the Consultant .
