Paul has over 40 years in the Construction industry, Structural Steelwork Contractor background, Commercial Manager & Commercial Director roles in the UK & Middle East. He has worked on projects including the Qatar 2022 Stadia, Doha Metro stations, London Aquatics Centre, Peace Bridge Derry, British Museum, Paddington Station.

Paul currently works with HBReavis Developer and workspace provider as Commercial Manager - UK Shell & Core and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since February 2013.

Paul is a past Chairman of the British Constructional Steelwork Association Commercial and Contracts Committee.

Hayman has been a Chartered Quantity Surveyor since 1995. He has acquired solid experience in all ranges of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services and particularly experienced in contract procurement and administration of civil and infrastructure projects. Since 2000 he has been leading the Cost Management Section within Mott MacDonald Hong Kong whilst in parallel performing a contract advisory role for the company. Hayman has further developed himself from specializing the use of various traditional forms of contract to become the lead of Mott MacDonald in supporting the Hong Kong Government’s adoption of NEC forms of contract in contract procurement. Hayman has participated in over 30 NEC contracts involving the use of Engineering & Construction Contract, Term Service Contract to Professional Services Contract.

Matthew is a commercial director with Costain responsible for projects in the rail sector. He is a chartered surveyor and fellow of the chartered institute of arbitrators. Matthew’s experience includes a wide range of engineering projects across the UK, he specialises in commercial strategy and dispute avoidance, and providing advice on NEC contracts. He is a NEC board member and part of the NEC4 drafting team.

Mark Doherty, Commercial and Contract Manager for Yorkshire Water Services. Mark works primarily at the pre-contract stage with a focus on developing new contracts and commercial arrangement for use by his colleagues in the delivery of capital projects, repair and maintenance, term services and professional services. Mark provides training and advice to colleagues when initiating these new contracts. Mark has previous experience as a consultant and have acted as ECC Project Manager on a couple of occasions but the bulk of his experience is from the Client side having spent a number of years as a Client PM delivering capital projects for Yorkshire Water Services.
