Getting it Right: Managing the NEC4 Professional Service Contract (PSC)

This workshop covers the key obligations and procedures for managing an NEC4 PSC including providing practical guidance on how to implement procedures.
The workshop provides clarity on how to manage an NEC4 PSC and maximise contract success. It is designed as a second module to the NEC4: Introduction to the PSC training course, which has explained the principles, strategy and the details of the contract. This course then develops the procedures for managing the contract.
This workshop style training course starts at 09:00 and finishes at 17:00. All timings, except the start time, are approximate and may be adjusted to suit natural breaks in the sessions.
The day will be spent reviewing a number of case studies covering the key obligations and procedures for managing an NEC4 PSC.
